Welcome to Support Services at Duquesne University. Support Services consists of the following service departments: Purchasing and Procurement Card Services, Telecommunications, Mailing Services, Central Receiving and Stores, Copiers, and Travel. Our staff is dedicated to providing the most efficient customer service in these areas in support of Duquesne University’s mission and goals.

Our primary objective is to procure goods and services required by the university at the lowest cost consistent with the quality and delivery requirements to ensure the timely availability of all material requirements. We provide value-added services in the procurement of materials, supplies, and services necessary for University programs and activities in support of the University's mission.

The Department staff also provides assistance and support, procurement expertise, resource information and contracting knowledge to faculty, staff and administration in the process of purchasing materials, equipment and services. We hope to make the most value for University dollars.

Support Services is located on the 10th floor of Rockwell Hall, Room 1003.
