Telephone Services

WELCOME to Duquesne University's Student Telephone Services (STS) website. STS provides comprehensive telephone service to interested resident students in the Living and Learning Centers.

STS provides ONLY intra-campus dialing from your resident hall room. If you wish to subscribe to our off-campus service, please click here for more information. Each subscriber is billed separately for all telephone calls made with their campus calling card number. Students are responsible for providing their own touch tone telephone set. If you share a room, you only need one phone per room. In addition to dialtone, each line has features such as Call Waiting, Call Transfer, and 3-Way Calling. All resident students are offered free voice mail.

If you do not subscribe to STS service, you will be restricted to campus-only dialing.

STS Customer Service is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your telecommunications needs. We look forward to serving you!

***Important Notice***


STS offers customer service by phone weekdays between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

If you are paying your phone bill with a check or money order, please mail your payment in the envelope provided with your invoice. You may also place your check/money order payment in the drop box located outside the Student Mail Center window. STS will accept credit card payments by phone. If you wish to pay your bill using cash, please call STS to make arrangements.

If you need to see an STS representative in person (to turn in an application, change your pin number, etc.) please call us at x4425 for directions.
