Q: What should I do if there is static on my line?
A: Check your handset or handset cord. Switch handsets or cords with another phone to establish if this can be the problem. If this seems to be the problem please call the Repair Line at x6059. Please do not use handset cord detangler as they cause interference.

Q: I don't have dial tone on my line. How do I fix it?
A: Make sure the phone is plugged in properly. Call the Repair Line at x6059.

Q: I forgot my password for voicemail. Where can I get it?
A: Call Telecommunications to reset password back to the default code.

Q: My phone does not ring. What should I do?
A: Turn up the volume on the phone. If the ringer is on but the phone does not ring, call Telecommunications Repair at x6059.

Q: What should I do if I cannot hear callers?
A: Switch handsets and see if that makes a difference. Call Telecommunications if switching handsets did not help.

Q: Phones calls not forwarding. Who should I call?
A: Please call Telecommunications for assistance.
